Chicken Manchuria



Ingredients :

For Marinate :
1) Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg (Cut into small pieces)
2) (Ginger, garlic, red chilli, cumin) paste - 1 tbsp
3) Yogurt - 2 tbsp
4) Garam masala - 2 tbsp
5) Maida - 3 tbsp
6) Besan - 3 tbsp
7) Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
8) Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
9) Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
10) Salt
11)Red Color

Method :
1)Marinate chicken with all above ingredients for about 2hrs.
2)Deep fry in oil.Keep aside.

For Sauce :
1)Onion - 1 (Cut into medium size)
2)Green Bell Pepper - 1(Cut into medium size)
3)Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
4)Chilli Sauce - 3 tbsp
5)Ajinomato - 1/4 tsp
6)(Ginger, garlic, red chilli, cumin) paste - 1 tbsp.
7)Garlic - 2pods (cut into small )
8)Salt

Method :
1)Fry onion, bell pepper for about 15min on medium flame.
2)Add ( ingredient 3 to ing 7).Adjust salt. Fry for 5min.
3)Add 1 cup of water.Bring to boil.It takes 10min for me.
4)Then Add Chicken to it.Cook for 10min.
5)Garnish with coriander.
6)Serve with Fried rice or Jeera rice.

Tip :
Best way to thicken a sauce, take 1tbsp corn flour, mix with water.Then add and cook for 5min.
