Zucchini chutney

Ingredients :
1)Zucchini - 1
2)Garlic pods - 2
3)Cumin - 1 tsp
4)Channa dal - 1tsp
5)Black split urad dal - 1 tsp
6)Green Chillies - 5
For tempering :
1)Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
2)Cumin - 1/2 tsp
3)Red chillies - 2
4)Curry Leaves
Method :
1)Cook the Zucchini until soft and tender.
2)Roast the cumin, garlic pods, channa dal, green chillies, urad dal until it releases a roasted aroma and slightly browned.
3)Now grind the roasted ingredients, zucchini, tamarind paste and together until it forms a smooth paste. Add salt to taste.
4)Heat a little oil in a pan; add mustard seeds, cumin, red chillies, curry leaves. Allow it to crackle and add it to the zucchini chutney.
5)Serve with Plain rice.
