Chinese Egg Noodles

Ingredients :
1) Ching's Hakka veg noodles - 1 packet ( I used half of the packet )
2) Sriracha hot chilli sauce - 2 tsp
3) Chilli soy sauce - 2 tsp
4) Egg - 1
5) Carrot - 1/4 cup ( Cut into small pieces )
6) Cabbage - 1/4 cup ( Cut into small pieces )
7) Black pepperd powder - 1tsp
8) Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp

Method :
1) Boil noodles and drain it. keep aside. ( Don't boil too much ).

2) Take a vessel, add oil and fry carrot and cabbage for 10 min in medium.
3) After it turns light brown, add egg and scramble it.

4) Add cooked noodles and fry 10min.



5) Now add chilli sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder, ajinomoto, salt. Fry for another 10min.



6) Serve hot.
